An emotional weekend spent culling my CD collection for the imminent move. On one hand a very cleansing experience, satisfaction is shedding a skin if you like.

But so many of my hours were spent legs crossed on my bedroom floor, piles of CDs around me, solemnly leafing through liner notes and playing old favourites before resigning myself that I needed to have a third pile (in addition to the usual 'Go' and 'Stay' groups) of 'Give it Time'. I have given myself until the 14th to make the final decision.

And then rediscovering discs that had been neglected, left dusty in a secluded corner of my CD wall, now appreciated for their gravity in the formation of Me. They will stay.
