28 Days Later is a cinematic orgasm. One of the great filmic experiences of the last few years. At least in a well equipped cinema in South Yarra it is. Visceral, violent, emotional, difficult, resonant, technically superb.

I do believe I will have to make another journey to the cinema for this film, if only because I think it's going to play a significant role in my PhD. And here I was thinking that theory would be my primary motivator!
