The last Friday Five for 2003

1. What was your biggest accomplishment this year?

Packing up my life and setting up shop In Melbourne. Taking up the healthy scholarship to do my PhD and realising that this is just the best thing to have done with my life. Realising that the big decisions I have made are perfect.

2. What was your biggest disappointment?

Not getting us much thesis work done as I would have liked ;) Teaching interfered...

3. What do you hope the new year brings?

Much craftiness and thesis productivity! Looking out for a second hand sewing machine to make my dream frocks and tops, and already getting started on some fun knitting projects.

I'd like to have finished a first draft of my thesis my year's end. And to take an OS research trip for at least a few weeks.

Fingers crossed that Luke and I find our dream abode in the Inner North with our sweet kitty and a sunny garden.

4. Will you be making any New Year's resolutions? If yes, what will they be?

5. What are your plans for New Year's Eve?

Good company.
       Good food.
             Good tunes.
