Guilt Exercise

I felt so guilty for munching on a Peppermint Aero in front of the telly, while Kirstie Alley boasted about losing 50-pounds/22-kilos that I ended up doing 40 minutes of improvised jazzercise in the loungeroom.

I know it was jazzercise, because no way would an aerobics instructor permit my Molly Ringwald dance as part of a fitness routine.
